Acceptable use policy

Last updated: August 1, 2026

Provxo may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, threaten security, or create clear legal risk.

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to all Provxo provider accounts, team users, APIs and WordPress plugin installations.

1. Lawful use only

You may use Provxo only for lawful purposes and only with panels, credentials and content sources you are authorized to operate.

2. No unauthorized access

You must not attempt to access other tenants’ data, probe Provxo infrastructure, bypass rate limits, forge webhooks, or reverse-engineer security controls except as permitted by law.

3. No malware or abuse tooling

Uploading malware, phishing kits, credential-stuffing tools, spam pipelines, or exploit payloads through Provxo forms, proofs, logos or plugin packages is forbidden.

4. Accurate identity

Provide accurate registration details and keep a verified email. Impersonation of Provxo, payment networks, or other brands is prohibited.

5. Customer communications

You are responsible for the legality of messages you send via your SMTP/WhatsApp integrations (consent, spam laws, and content).

6. Resource fairness

Do not intentionally overload Provxo APIs, create automated loops that harm service quality, or resell Provxo access outside your organization without written permission.

7. Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, feature locks, suspension, or termination. We may preserve logs for security and legal compliance.

8. Reports

Report abuse to legal@provxo.app or security concerns to privacy@provxo.app.
