Terms of Service
Last updated: July 31, 2026
By creating a Provxo account you agree to these Terms between you (the service provider / business customer) and Provxo. Please also read our Disclaimer.
1. What Provxo is (and is not)
Provxo provides SaaS software to help businesses automate trial requests, panel API provisioning, WordPress forms, reminders and license management. Provxo does NOT sell IPTV packages, channel lists, streams, or media content to consumers. We do not operate as an IPTV reseller or streaming platform.
2. Your responsibility for legality
You alone are responsible for ensuring that your use of panels, content sources, branding and customer offers complies with copyright, broadcasting, consumer and local laws. You must only connect panels and services you are authorized to use. Provxo does not verify the legality of third-party panels or content you configure.
3. Accounts & licenses
You must provide accurate account information and verify your email. Licenses grant access to Provxo features and plugin activations within plan limits. Sharing license keys outside your organization is prohibited.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Provxo to attack systems, spam, harvest credentials unlawfully, or process clearly unlawful content. Abuse protection exists to protect provider businesses; attempting to defeat platform safeguards may result in suspension.
5. Payments
Fees for Provxo software licenses are charged according to the selected plan (bank, crypto, Binance Pay, Stripe when enabled). Any payments between you and your end customers are your merchant relationship — Provxo is not the merchant of record for your customer stream sales.
6. Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Panel outages, invalid API keys, or misconfigured SMTP are outside Provxo control.
7. No endorsement of content
Branding, package names and messages shown on trial forms are chosen by you. Provxo does not endorse any TV channels, VODs or media catalogs connected through your panels.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provxo is not liable for lost profits, content claims, copyright disputes, regulator actions, or damages arising from how you configure or market your service. Our liability related to the SaaS is limited to fees you paid to Provxo in the three months before the claim.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, threaten infrastructure security, or create clear legal risk for Provxo. You may stop using the service at any time; unpaid invoices may limit access.
