DMCA & copyright policy

This policy explains how Provxo receives and handles copyright complaints related to use of our software platform.
1. Our role
Provxo provides multi-tenant software for providers to automate their own panel workflows. Stream media is not stored on Provxo servers. Providers connect third-party panels they claim authority to use.
2. Designated contact
Send copyright notices to dmca@provxo.app (and copy legal@provxo.app). Use a clear subject line such as “DMCA Notice — Provxo”.
3. What to include
A valid notice should include: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the material or account allegedly involved (URL, tenant slug, site URL, or user email if known); (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized agent; (f) your physical or electronic signature.
4. How we respond
We review complete notices in good faith. Where appropriate we may disable public trial forms, suspend provider accounts, require corrective action, or preserve evidence for legal process. Incomplete notices may be rejected with a request for missing details.
5. Counter-notice
If your account was restricted due to a copyright claim and you believe the material or configuration was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@provxo.app including your contact details, identification of the disabled material/account, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief, consent to jurisdiction of an appropriate court, and your signature.
6. Repeat infringers
Provxo may terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers or who create clear copyright risk for the platform.
7. Misrepresentation
Knowingly submitting a false copyright claim or counter-notice may expose the sender to liability. Submit only accurate information.
