Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Provxo (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when service providers use our SaaS platform, dashboard, APIs and WordPress plugin. Provxo is software infrastructure — not an IPTV seller.

1. Who this applies to

It applies to provider accounts (tenants), their team users, and end customers who submit trial or subscription forms on the provider’s own websites powered by Provxo or the Provxo WordPress plugin.

2. Data we process

Provider data: account name, email, branding, SMTP settings, panel API credentials (encrypted), packages and license keys. End-customer data submitted to a provider: name, email, phone, device type/ID, IP address, trial and subscription status. Technical logs: request timestamps, plugin site URL, and delivery status for notifications.

3. Why we process it

To operate the multi-tenant SaaS: authenticate providers, connect to panels they configure, send notifications they enable, prevent abuse of their trial forms, sync plugin settings, and process Provxo license billing.

4. Panel credentials & streams

API keys and secrets are stored encrypted. Provxo connects to the panel APIs the provider supplies. We do not host live streams, channel lineups, or media files. Stream content and reseller balances remain with the provider’s own panel/vendor relationships.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, payment processors). End-customer data is controlled by and visible to the provider account that collected it — Provxo processes it on their behalf as a processor/service provider.

6. Retention & security

We retain data while the provider account is active and as needed for abuse prevention, billing and legal obligations. Access is protected by authentication, optional 2FA, encrypted secrets, and least-privilege application roles.

7. Provider responsibility

Providers must inform their own end customers (privacy notices on their sites), obtain any required consents, and comply with applicable privacy and telecom laws in the regions they serve.
