This disclaimer clarifies the nature of the Provxo product to avoid confusion for customers, partners and authorities.
1. Software only
Provxo is a multi-tenant SaaS console: trials forms, API connectors, notifications, WordPress plugin, and license billing for the software itself.
2. No streams sold by Provxo
We do not offer, host, or retail live TV streams, VOD libraries, or channel bouquets to the public. Any credentials a viewer receives come from the provider’s own panel after the provider’s configuration.
3. Providers are independent
Each provider account operates independently. Provxo is not a partner, reseller, or agent of any IPTV panel vendor or content owner unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
4. Authorization required
Providers must only connect panels and APIs they have a lawful right to use (valid reseller/panel accounts, licenses, contracts). Unauthorized panel access is forbidden.
5. No legal advice
Nothing on this website is legal advice. Providers should consult qualified counsel about copyright, consumer protection and local regulations before launching trial offers.
6. Third-party services
Panels, DNS hosts, SMTP, WhatsApp gateways and payment rails are third-party services chosen by the provider. Their terms and outages are outside Provxo’s control.
7. Trademark notice
“IPTV”, vendor names and channel brands mentioned in documentation are used descriptively. They do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
8. Questions
If you believe content or an account violates the law, contact privacy@provxo.app with details. We review reports and may suspend accounts that create clear platform risk.
